Developing Logistics Engineering

We’ve started a complex project to expand the Engenheiro Bandeira railway yard in EFVM, Ouro Preto – MG, using BIM (Building Information Modeling). This work supports our client’s goal to boost iron ore production.

Here’s what we’ve worked on:

• Designing new railway tracks and roads;
• Creating technical specs, mapping, and analyzing geotechnical data;
• Conducting hydrological studies and planning drainage systems;
• Drafting earthmoving strategies;
• Designing a road viaduct and pedestrian access;
• Planning the relocation of utilities like power lines and infrastructure near the railway;
• Developing lighting plans for the new yard;
• Preparing Environmental Reports;
• Estimating CAPEX budgets;
• Writing Constructability Reports for the project’s execution.
